Refund policy

Returns
Mist and Dew sells personal care products that are non-returnable by nature. If you have any allergies, please take advice before placing an order.

However, if you have received products in damaged condition, returns/refunds/replacements will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
An intimation email with a parcel opening video is needed within 24 hours of accepting the parcel. Send us an email at care@mistanddew.com. We will respond with the next step.

For any returns, send the item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

If the customer is not available to receive the package and instructs the delivery person for an alternate receiver or address, Mist and Dew will not hold any liability. 

If the package is marked RTO (Return to origin) due to customer unavailability, a refund can be requested within 7 days of the first delivery attempt date. After receiving the package back and checking, a refund can be processed deducting the to and fro shipping. Even if the shipment was eligible for free shipping, shipping will be deducted in such cases. 


Replacement/Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your intimation email with the product opening video, a decision of replacement/refund will be taken on a case-to-case basis. We will respond with the status and next step.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank first and contact the credit card company(if payment was made by credit card). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@mistanddew.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
